Elizabeth "Betty" Hall, 97, passed away on July 18, 2010. Betty was born on June 12, 1913 in Spokane, Washington.
She graduated from Levenworth High School. She loved cooking and was well known for her Betty’s donut shop on Market Street in Hillyard, north of Spokane.
Later, she and husband purchased "The Blue Onion" restaurant on Market Street. Betty was always active. She participated in fund raising for the Eagles Lodge, Sons of Norway, and the East Spokane Grange.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, O.L. "Bun" Hall, in November 2000.
Betty is survived by sons Donald (Shirlee) and Leo (Sonya); daughter Judy Hogan; grandsons Robert, Richard, Randy, and Preston; granddaughter Tonya (Randy); great grandsons Daniel, Caleb, and Richard; great granddaughter Brenda; and great-great grandchildren Autumn and Jeremy.
