of Lynnwood, WA passed July 11, 2012 surrounded by his family. Born in Seattle, WA, March 23, 1933 to Neno and Ann Camandona, Gerald graduated from Roosevelt High School. After graduation and serving in the Army, he joined his father's business, Washington Disposal, in which he became the most loved garbage man in South Seattle. Later, Gerry and his wife Donna ran the family business, retiring in 1983. Gerry was a self-made, do it yourself man. He was a voracious reader when it came to investing, which became his "hobby" after retirement.
Gerry's greatest loves were his family and friends. Whether he was playing cards, bocce ball, fishing, traveling the world, or simply sharing a meal, his laugh was the loudest and his warmth was the greatest. He was a strong man with a gentle soul and a golden heart. He will be dearly missed.
Gerry is survived by his loving wife Donna of 57 years; his daughter Linda and her husband Jim, and their three children: Garrett, Jeff, and Jordan; his daughter Laurie and her husband Thom and their child Tiffany; his son Mark and his daughter Nancy and her two children Breanna and Ryan; his sister Elaine;...
In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Seattle Children's Hospital.
