Born September 7, 1962, passed away July 11, 2012. Ray showed tremendous courage and strength as he battled a level three glioblastoma brain tumor since Jan. 26, 2011. Ray is survived by children Isaiah, Dylan and Adriana; siblings: Jeannine Blue Lupton (Martin); Maureen Blue; Sharon Kay Blue; and Lawrence Blue (Takae). Also surviving nieces and nephews: Robert Minter, Laura Lupton Thompkins (Colin); Allison Lupton; Michael, Christina, Elizabeth, Emily and Maia Blue. His aunt Jeannine McNamara and 13 first cousins in Wash, Ore., and New England also survive him. Mechanically inclined, he was tinkering and fixing things since age two. He owned Ray's Heating and Cooling for over 20 years in Seattle and had a reputation as a first rate furnace/air conditioning installer. Ray had a deep belief in God and was very spiritual. He was generous to a fault, wore his heart on his sleeve, and lived the motto, "What would Jesus do". He was the one who went out on Christmas Eve to help families without heat...
